COMMUNITY

OnePuente Fellowships support the advancement of leaders at various stages in their careers. We support the growth of seasoned professionals with deep expertise or driven undergraduate and graduate students passionate about social justice for immigrants and refugees.

INVESTMENT

We invest in progressive Fellows who are committed to breaking down barriers newcomers face in their integration journey. We believe creativity and resourcefulness are essential skills to strategically approach and overcome recurring and new challenges immigrants face in their integration journey.

GROWTH

Our Fellows contribute to further development of our priorities. Creating leadership among those we serve, improving access to healthcare and wellness, or increasing education pathways for immigrants and refugees are key areas of focus. 

Enrichment

We support Fellows that bring a new take to leveraging the power of research and storytelling to help create bridges among all communities we serve. All of our research efforts are based on our guiding philosophy that immigrants and refugees possess a wealth of potential to contribute, strengthen and enrich their new community.
